RN,BSN

They will allow a nursing team/health care institution they are contracted with to treat you poorly then point the figure at you. They will lead you on to make you believe they have your professional license and best interests in mind then make sure they offer you no other contracts. IT MAKES TOTAL SENSE FOR 1 OR 2 NURSES TO QUIT FROM A HEALTH CARE INSTITUTION. THINGS HAPPEN. NURSES FIND NEW OPPORTUNITIES. BUT IF 7 NURSES QUIT ALL AT ONCE. THERE IS AN ISSUE THAT REACHES FURTHER THAN A REPLACEMENT OR A CONTRACT NURSE. TO HAVE A DIRECTOR STEP OUTSIDE HER ROLE ETHICALLY AND MAKE DISCRIMINATORY STATEMENTS AND BASE HER OPINION OF YOU ON THAT DISCRIMINATION IS ABSOLUTELY NOT RIGHT. THIS IS THE KIND OF BEHAVIOR NEXT MOVE INC. SUPPORTS AND WILL POINT THE FINGER AT YOU, A PROFESSIONAL NURSE THAT TRUSTED THEM, AND PLACE YOU IN POOR STANDING AFTER THE SHOW OF 'WE SUPPORT YOU" IS OVER. MADISON IS A RECRUITER WITH THIS COMPANY. SHE ENSURED ME THAT THE BEHAVIOR DISPLAYED BY THE DIRECTOR OF THIS VERY BAD-OFF HEALTH CARE INSTITUTION WAS WRONG. THEN HAD NOTHING TO SAY BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANY WORK FOR A RN AT THIS TIME. THIS IS AFTER I WAS PUT IN AN UNSAFE PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT. I'LL STOP THERE BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY, I'VE E BEEN AN RN FOR 17 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY AS WELL AS BEEN PUT IN A TERRIBLE FINANCIAL SITUATION. AFTER TRAVELING 14 HOURS AWAY THIS COMPANY ALLOWED THE POOREST TREATMENT OF A TRAVELER I'VE WITNESSED OR EVEN HEARD OF FROM MY NURSING PEERS OF 10 - 17 YEARS. AFTER MY TEARS WE ALL MADE A PROMISE TO PUT FORTH EFFORT TO PREVENT THIS SORT OF BUSINESS STANDARD. WE ARE ALL ABSOLUTELY TALENTED NURSES AND CARE ABOUT OUR PATIENTS. THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR AND BUSINESS IS NOT OK

Recommend

I contacted John for a contract job because my husband I relocated quickly to the Kansas City area. I could tell he was very knowledgeable of the area and the hospitals. He made the process very smooth for me and helped me find a contract. I actually had to find another contract with the covid 19 situation and he found another job rather quickly. He even helped me make some connections with providers in the area because I am back in school. I would highly recommend John.

Timely and professional

I have ALWAYS experienced timely and professional advice, explanation of issues and questions. He has been available day or night, weekeday and weekend. Definitely puts my mind at ease and he was the deciding factor in taking the jump into travel nursing. Sense of trust and compassion.

Very personable

John is a great recruiter. I’m leaving John for 4 weeks to go help where I’m needed in a crisis situation, but when I return next month, I will be working with John again. He is available to talk pretty much anytime, he’s not just an 8-5 recruiter. Very personable and I appreciate everything he’s done for me!
