Charting and documents as required/ECU policies and procedures. Interacts with Interdisciplinary Team to communicate resident preferences, needs and details to establish individualized care plan. Interacts with other disciplines to promote, encourage and assist patients to various activities of interest to the patient. Maintains cleanliness of wheelchairs and other adaptive equipment that patients may use. Reports to maintenance any non-working or unsafe equipment or facility fixtures. Uses all required safety equipment appropriately, gait belt, goggles, lifts, transfer boards, etc.
